As part of the Salons by JC extraordinary experience, we’re the only salon suites that offer a full-time Concierge Manager at each location.
The Concierge Manager helps clients with anything they need while visiting SBJC for salon services. They welcome clients, answer all inquiries, and direct them to their Salon Owner to ensure every client has a great experience.
Our Concierge Managers serve Salon Owners with everyday business support and property management, allowing them to concentrate on providing the best salon services. They also handle location tours, leasing salon suites, and creating a community atmosphere – making each location distinctive.

Leasing Requirements

Location is a major factor in opening your salon suite. With nearly 200 locations nationwide including Canada, we know we have a location that will meet your needs and standards for your business.
Step 2: Tour Time
You’ve selected a salon location – now it’s time to book a tour! Take a salon tour with the location’s Concierge Manager to learn about
available suites and the costs and processes for moving in.
Step 3: Lease with SBJC
You’ve decided Salons by JC is the perfect place to have your business! When you sign your lease, be prepared to have the following expenses:
